The Recon Sight (originally known as the R3CON Sight) is an optical attachment in Call of Duty: Black Ops III and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
Call of Duty: Black Ops III
The Recon Sight is an enhanced zoom sight, offering a high zoom level similar to the ACOG Scope of past games.
It also increases weapon centerspeed by 5% and reduces idle sway by 90%. Due to this, the Recon sight is a powerful attachment on weapons with low centerspeed (weapons that don't return to the original viewpoint after firing quickly) or high idle sway, such as the Gorgon and the KN-44.
The Recon Sight is available for assault rifles, SMGs, LMGs, and sniper rifles. The Recon Sight can be steadied when used with a sniper rifle.
