Restock is a Tier 2 perk featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and a Tier 1 perk in Call of Duty: Mobile.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare[]

Restock automatically replenishes the player's lethal and tactical equipment every 30 seconds.
A bar is shown on the lethal/tactical display on the HUD to indicate the process. Restock can only replenish one lethal/tactical at a time, and will replenish one extra Throwing Knifes. Also, Stim Shots and Decoy Grenades are recharged twice as fast.
The time to replenish the equipment was reduced from 30 seconds to 25 seconds in patch 1.14.0.
When using this perk in combination with Scavenger and Shrapnel, you can carry a max of 3 throwing knives as a lethal equipment. This makes it very easy to go for multiple throwing knife kills in short succession for flashy plays or to try again quickly in case you miss.
Call of Duty: Mobile[]

Restock returns in Call of Duty: Mobile as a Tier 1 perk. It was added as part of the Season 13 Wint3r War update.
It resupplies one extra lethal or tactical equipment every 15 seconds. If the Combat Axe is equipped, the maximum amount of axes that can be carried will increase by 1.
