Richard Kain is the Associate Deputy Director for the Central Intelligence Agency's Special Activities Division (S.A.D.) during and after the events of Call of Duty: Black Ops.

Biography[edit | edit source]

The only information revealed about him are found in Ryan Jackson's intelligence reports, most of which were compiled and edited for his viewing.[1] Judging by his user account rkain, He became the Associate Deputy Director in or before 1954. Sometime after the establishment of Operation Charybdis, he stepped down or was fired as Associate Deputy Director, as shown in the cutscene of "Checking Out".
