- During the ending cinematic of Nowhere Left to Run, a jar of jelly beans is visible at Reagan's seat. This is a reference to the real life enjoyment of jelly beans by Reagan.
- In Outbreak, a special Zombie has a chance of spawning with the name "Ronald Raygun", which upon killing will drop a Ray Gun. This is, of course, a tongue-in-cheek reference to the former president.
