Lieutenant Rulon Raymond is a character who appears in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and member of the Settlement Defense Front. He's assigned to the SetDef carrier SDS Hellas. Raymond is killed by Nick Reyes during Operation D-Con.

A ruthless combatant. Raymond has outfitted his Skelter with significantly lower caliber rounds to challenge himself against SATO pilots.
