The SZ Vortex-90 is an optical attachment featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Modern Warfare III. It is available after getting the VEL 46 to level 28 in Modern Warfare II or through Armory Unlocks in Modern Warfare III. It can be put on all weapons that can accept attachments.
