Sam Colton Hall,[1] also referred to as S. Colton Hall or simply Colton Hall, is a mansion situated in the hills above Liberty Falls featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
History[]
The original mansion was built by Josiah Shem and his followers sometimes after they arrived in the Appalachian Mountains in 1770. After Shem and his followers disappeared without trace in 1810, the mansion became known as Shem's Folly. Five years later, a descendant of one of the U.S. Presidents was gifted the mansion.
For the next hundred years, the mansion saw many different owners. Among them was a steel tycoon who was murdered in his bed for his campaign against labor union. A gangster, "Fats" Malloy also owned the mansion before he was killed by federal agents in 1923. Before Project Janus occupied the mansion, the last owner, whose the mansion was called after, Sam Colton was also the owner of the nuclear plant in the area and was killed during the mid 1970s by the widow of one of his dead employees.
