Schematics are a feature in the Zombies mode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, that allow the player to craft acquisitions once they are successfully extracted within Operation Deadbolt. They can be crafted within the Schematic Crafting tab in the rucksack.
Completing the Unstable Rift reduces all active Schematic cooldowns. Furthermore, during Season Six, the cooldown duration for all the Schematics was halved.
