The Scrambler is an attachment for the Riot Shield in Call of Duty: Ghosts. It disables enemy radar systems when they are nearby the shield-user. Teammates can see the radius that the player is affecting on their radar. However, instead of a Counter-UAV like effect that the Scrambler (perk) had, friendly and enemy dots on the minimap simply faded the closer an enemy with the Scrambler got.
