Serpentine is a Tier 1 perk featured in Call of Duty: Vanguard. It was added as part of the Season One update. Later, Serpentine was added in Call of Duty: Warzone as part of the Season Three Reloaded Update also as Tier 1 perk.
In Call of Duty: Vanguard, Serpentine reduces incoming damage when the player sprinting. In Call of Duty: Warzone, Serpentine reduces incoming damage from bullets, explosives, and fire by 20% when the player sprinting.
