The Shadow Man is a mysterious figure, who watches over four citizens of Morg City: Nero, Jessica, Jack Vincent, and Floyd Campbell. He is aware of the sins they have committed, and questions why they have done these misdeeds. As the four are plunged into a twisted version of the city, infested with zombies, the Shadow Man offers them guidance from afar, telling them that only from him will they find redemption.
