The base appears in the levels "[[Just Like Old Times]]" and "[[Endgame]]". The base is complete with armories, vehicles, and an intel center. The multiplayer level "[[Afghan]]" is based on Site Hotel Bravo and the two aforementioned campaign levels. Also, if you go out of the boundaries in spectator mode while playing at Afghan, you can see the road where the tanks and humvees go down when you are compromised, but there is no entrance indicating that the cave's entrances were blown away by the explosion on "[[Just Like Old Times]]" AKA "Directive One-One-Six Bravo". |

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Captains John "Soap" MacTavish and John Price infiltrate the base to kill Shepherd after he betrayed Task Force 141 and killed Roach and Ghost on the Georgian-Russian border while escaping with a DSM for him. The base security is initially unaware of the presence of the 141 operatives until many of their men go missing. Once he realizes that the base is compromised, Shepherd orders the evacuation of the site and executes "Directive One-One-Six Bravo", destroying the base with explosives and a danger close artillery strike in an attempt to kill the two, while he escapes. Most of the base is destroyed, but Soap and Price are unharmed. After escaping, the pair pursue Shepherd in a Zodiac, eventually shooting down his Pave Low helicopter before killing him for good.
The base is under a civilian roadway, with a cave leading into a series of connected tunnels. The base contains a command center, an ammunition cache, a motor pool and a utility room.
Location
Site Hotel Bravo is located somewhere in Afghanistan and is first mentioned in "The Enemy of My Enemy" by Makarov after Price asks him where Shepherd is. The base appears in the levels "Just Like Old Times" and "Endgame".
