Site Hotel Bravo is a location featured in the game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It is used as a hiding place for Lieutenant General Shepherd and a base for Shepherd's men, Shadow Company.

In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Captain John "Soap" MacTavish and Captain John Price infiltrate the base to kill Shepherd after Roach and Ghost were killed on the Georgio-Russian border by Shepherd while escaping with a DSM for him. Once they realize that the base is compromised, Shepherd sets off "Directive One-One-Six Bravo", detonating a number of explosives in an attempt to kill the two, while he escapes. Most of the base is destroyed but not before Soap and Price escape. After escaping, the pair follow Shepherd in a Zodiac, eventually shooting down his Pave Low, then killing him.
Location
Site Hotel Bravo is located in Afghanistan and is first mentioned in "The Enemy Of My Enemy" by Makarov after Price asks him where Shepherd is. The base appears in the levels "Just Like Old Times" and "Endgame". The base is complete with armories, vehicles, and an intel center. The multiplayer level "Afghan" is based on Site Hotel Bravo and the two aforementioned campaign levels. Also, if you go out of the boundaries in spectator mode while playing at Afghan, you can see the road where the tanks and humvees go down when you are compromised, but there is no entrance indicating that the cave's entrances were blown away by the explosion on "Just Like Old Times" AKA "Directive One-One-Six Bravo".
The origin of the cave base is unknown, but the cave system seems to be a significantly old one, with many old but well planned constructions inside. Suggesting it might be an old hideout for insurgents, possibly captured recently. It may have also been an abandoned mine.
