Slam Deathmatch is a limited-time multiplayer game mode featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. It was added on July 31st, 2024 as part of the Season Five update.

Slam Deathmatch is a variation of Team Deathmatch, in which players are only able to down enemies using regular weapons. Once they are down, the player must kill them using a randomized WWE-themed Finishing Move (which overrides the player's currently selected Finishing Move for their Operator). When performing a Finishing Move, players are put in an invincible state where they cannot be downed for until a few seconds after the move finishes. While downed, players have to tap the interact button repeatedly or hold it to revive themselves, or wait for a teammate to revive them instantly.

The first team to reach a score of 150 wins the match.

• WWE commentator Michael Cole is the announcer for Slam Deathmatch. He also provides commentary voicelines for each of the WWE Finishing Moves.
• Unlike other game modes, the WWE Finishing Moves featured in this mode can be used even if the player is standing in front of their enemies.
