Slug 6-R Mags is an attachment exclusive for the Model 680 shotgun in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It adds in the ability for the Model 680 to accept detachable magazines, allowing for speedier tactical reloads, but blocks the ability to equip Barrel attachments.
