
The Ministry for State Security (German: Ministerium für Staatssicherheit, MfS) or State Security Service (Staatssicherheitsdienst, SSD), more commonly known as the Stasi was the primary state security and secret police service of the German Democratic Republic between it's founding in 1950 and it's dissolution in 1990. It is featured as an enemy faction in Brick in the Wall mission of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. It is also featured as an enemy faction in Active Measures mission of Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified.
Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified
In Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified they appear exclusively in the mission Active Measures where they manage to successfully assassinate a Unnamed Stasi defector, however Alex Mason manages to gather intel from his corpse and the Stasi in the area are all killed from there Mason escapes by going into the Sewers however the Stasi attempt to stop him however they fail and Mason escapes. At the end of the mission two KGB operatives attempt to stop him but they fail two. The intel from the Defector had information on the KGB Colonel Mikhail Belov meaning he is probably associated with them.
