The Stim Shot is a piece of gear in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and a piece of tactical equipment in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Call of Duty: Vanguard, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Call of Duty: Mobile, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4[]

"Heal faster and more often, while maintaining control of your weapon."

The Stim Shot appears as a piece of gear in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. The Stim Shot reduces the cooldown required between using the healing syringe along with increasing the rate which it heals at. It also allows for the in hand weapon to be shot whilst in use but not aimed with.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare[]

The Stim Shot returns in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare as the Stim. In this game, it is a piece of tactical equipment. When used, the Stim will instantly heal the player and refill stamina for tactical sprint. Similar to Black Ops 4, the player will hold their weapon in their free hand while using the Stim, allowing them to still fire without aiming down sights. With Restock equipped, the Stim recharges in 10 seconds instead of 25, similar to the Throwing Knife.

In Call of Duty: Warzone, it also increases movement speed for a brief period of time.
