— In-game description.

The Stim Shot returns in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare as the Stim. In this game, it is a piece of tactical equipment. When used, the Stim will instantly heal the player and refill stamina for tactical sprint. Similar to Black Ops 4, the player will hold their weapon in their free hand while using the Stim, allowing them to still fire without aiming down sights. With Restock equipped, the Stim recharges in 15 seconds instead of 30, similar to the Throwing Knife.
