The Stormender is a launcher featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. It was added as part of the Season One update.

After pulling the trigger, it starts firing, after a delay of about half a second, it fires a ‘beam’ of EMP, which can interfere AI-controlled streaks targeting for a short period of time, scram player-controlled streaks HUD, immobilize the Wheelson, trigger the dispense of aerial streaks countermeasures and destroy most aerial streaks after a few shots. It is also capable of destroying some placeable equipment.

The Stormender can be brought into Operation Deadbolt via Create-A-Class, at Common rarity and can be found at any rarity via the Mystery Box for 950 Essence. When upgraded via the Pack-a-Punch Machine or with Aetherium Crystals, it becomes the Rajin's Refusal.
