"Heartless" kill?

Does anyone know how to get a "heartless" kill in this mission? Sgt. S.S. 20:43, March 25, 2010 (UTC)

I don't know, but I would guess it would be knifing a wounded (crawling troop, or in last stand), but I'm not sure though. Peter Griffen Boy^{Radio Operator}
