Shouldn't this page be called "Flakvierling 38?" Or are we just going by what it is referred to in-game? Dr. Feelgood 00:54, February 1, 2011 (UTC)

In-game. We treat all weapons and stuff fictional.Menu mp weapons coltSgt.Sandwich | Talk shop | Combat record Burger Town Emblem MW2 00:55, February 1, 2011 (UTC)

Mobelwagen[]

For anyone who's tempted to add that it's a Wirbelwind, it's not. You can see the Flakpanzer has folded-down armour panels around the gun. I'm guessing either it was to save assets, or they got Tamiya's 1975 quad gun kit to use as a basis for the model and didn't realise that version never actually entered production. The game files and script refer to it as a "Flakvierling," so that's what we call it. bibliomaniac15 21:52, February 6, 2011 (UTC)
Yes, I know that part. I'm talking about the Flakpanzers that only appear in Ste. Mere-Eglise and on the box of the original game. The script calls them Flakpanzers (which is a generic name for any self-propelled AA gun) and they're modelled as quad-gun Mobelwagens (only one of which was ever actually built). I just added a note here in case someone tried to suggest they're supposed to be Wirbelwinds. The "no RL data" rule doesn't extend to not being allowed to say what a vehicle is in the trivia section, as far as I'm aware. Evil Tim 05:31, February 7, 2011 (UTC)
Ah, okay. That seems good. bibliomaniac15 04:58, February 8, 2011 (UTC)
