Rocket could be saved like for example, in one mission the militia could have brang him totheir safe house ask him question and you have to go ghillie in the mist and be as quiet as possible, without alerting anyone or dogs and a big infantry will try to hunt you down. when you get Rocket you have to call in artillery on the militia and fight through a bunch of militian army and get to the helicopter as fast as you can!
