Why hasn't the SKS been featured in any WWII Call of Duty games? I mean, it was only used towards the end of the war, but come on! It was the actual bona-fide service rifle of the Soviet Union, short lived as it may be. The SVT-40 is littered throughout every mission in the later WWII games, and it wasn't even the service rifle. And the Gewehr 43 WAS the service rifle for the Nazis, but only towards the end of the war, and yet it is still as prevalent as the SVT-40 throughout most games. If Call of Duty 7 is set in Vietnam, we'll probably finally get our hands on it, but still. --  Ari "Akyoyo" MacIsaac · Talk 00:54, September 20, 2009 (UTC)

It was created after WW2, so it couldn't be in the Call of Duty games.--GentlemanBilly

It could be in a CoD game that takes place in modern times. :O Darkman 4 02:32, September 20, 2009 (UTC)

It wasn't created after WWII, just extremely close to the end of it. A very small number were tested during the war, that's probably why it hasn't been in a game. I too would like to see it as I like to have the biggest weapon variety as possible. SaintofLosAngelesXD(M) 03:19, September 24, 2009 (UTC)

If Call of Duty: Black Ops has the SKS, many people would have the time of their lives.LuzerChezbergr 04:35, June 13, 2010 (UTC)
