It only takes one second to empty the magazine[]

It's really simple math. It has a 900 round per minute fire rate. 900 / 60 = 15. So it fires 15 rounds per second. Since it only has a 15 round magazine, I think we can all agree that when says in the multiplayer section that it unloads it's magazine in about two seconds, that is flat out mathematically wrong. I keep changing it, and someone keeps changing it back. Please stop doing it, you're spreading false information. Loup17 23:42, June 6, 2010 (UTC)

Isn't it 20-30 (without-with Extended Mags)? so 1 1/3-2 Agent Tasmania 12:32, June 7, 2010 (UTC)

It has 15 without and 25 with Extended Mags. Though, in single player, for some reason it has a 32 round magazine. Loup17 23:15, June 7, 2010 (UTC)

The picture is being done wrong[]

The picture of the MP9 in this article is not an MP9. It is, in fact, the picture of a Steyr TMP machinepistol.

I'm wondering if there was a picture mistake, if the MP9 was meant to be a TMP, or the TMP is going to be included as a machinepistol. S-984 21:57, October 22, 2009 (UTC)

EDIT: It turns out I was wrong. I guess it's another variant of the MP9 I haven't seen yet, as I am used to the micro-one with 40 rounds and a flip-out stock, not the one that shares a resemblance to the TMP. S-984 21:58, October 22, 2009 (UTC)

MP9[]

I am 99% sure its a Brugger and Thomet MP9, as MP9s have an integrated Picatinny rail, as well as a side folding stock, which the ingame model has and which the TMP lacks. Plus Steyr sold the design in 2001, so they dont make the TMP anymore. MasterChief117 0:27 14 December 2009 (UTC)

It may be an MP9, but in-game it's called the TMP, and policy says the page of the weapon has to be the same of weapon is called in-game. Loadedfinger emblem MW2 Maj.Gage Talk

it was probably called the TMP to avoid confusion with the M9 handgun, hope that helps!

Trusty Gunny[]

This is a very trusty weapon on MW2. It should be used by more people. Bit loud, though.

sign your posts, the high unlock level keeps it out of peoples hands i like it hough, to bad my disk cracked. and this is a pointless comment. Agent Tasmania 11:13, May 12, 2010 (UTC)

not to mention, this talk page is about the article itself, technically, and it's contents. not the weapon it's about. this is NOT a blog. Lordofthelargepants The Zipper and The Pockets 12:13, May 12, 2010 (UTC)
