The Tesla Storm is a Field Upgrade introduced in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies. It allows for 10 seconds, lightning connects to other players, stunning and damaging normal enemies.

Upgrades[]
Like all Field Upgrades in Zombies, Tesla Storm can be upgraded by using Aetherium Crystals.
- Tier I: Double the damage dealt to enemies stunned by Tesla Storm.
- Tier II: Increase the duration to 15 seconds.
- Tier III: Special enemies can be stunned and damaged by Tesla Storm.
- Tier IV: Players generating a field gain 25% increased movement speed.
- Tier V: Elite enemies can be stunned and damaged by Tesla Storm.

Augments[]
Like all Field Upgrades in Zombies, Tesla Storm can be imbued with two out of six possible Augments. Players can equip one Major Augment and one Minor Augment at a time.
Major Augments[]
- Transformer: The field’s damage is increased by the number of allies that are connected.
- Shockwave: On activation, stun and damage all nearby enemies.
- Static Discharge: On activation, create a lethal surge of electricity around you.
Minor Augments[]
- Power Grid: Increase the range the electric tether can connect to allies.
- Overclocked: Your movement speed is increased during Tesla Storm.
- Lithium Charged: Increase Tesla Storm duration.
