The Pawn is a campaign achievement/trophy in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It requires the player to complete "Loose Ends" on any difficulty.

A pawn is a chess piece which is regarded as being the least valuable on the board, mostly being used as the sacrificial lamb early in the game then discarded; it most likely reflects how Roach and Ghost where "used and discarded" (killed in the mission) by Shepherd.
