Timothy John Betar, better known as TimTheTatman, is an American live streamer and YouTube personality. TimTheTatman is featured as an Operator of the SpecGru faction in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0. He was released during Season Three Reloaded of Modern Warfare II on May 31st, 2023 as part of the "Tracer Pack: TimTheTatman Operator Bundle".
TimTheTatman was removed from the Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2.0 store on June 11th, 2023, though he remains playable for those who have already purchased.[1]
Prior to his addition as an Operator, TimTheTatman was featured in the live-action trailer Ultimate Team where he served alongside Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros Special Forces.

- Tim's model initially featured a yellow "fall risk" bracelet on his left wrist. The bracelet was removed after an update for unknown reasons.
- It is possible that the bracelet is a reference to Tim's numerous in-game deaths in Call of Duty: Warzone caused by fall damage.
- Notably, the bracelet is not featured in the character model on any promotional image prior to the bundle's release.
- Tim's model features a penguin plush on his backpack. This is a reference to Kevin the Penguin, an actual penguin plush owned by Tim in real life. Tim also makes references to Kevin in his dialogue.
