The Tobrak Prison Break is a major event in the Modern Warfare reboot timeline.
Background[]
During the Russian invasion in 1999, many young Urziks were captured by Roman Barkov's forces, including Farah Karim and her brother Hadir. During imprisonment, Farah became the leader of the POWs, known as "Karim".
The Escape[]
In 2009, Farah sent messages to the British for help but were later found out by General Barkov. While Barkov and his guards were distracted by an attack on the prison, Farah led an escape from the Tobrak Camp. During the escape, she was escorted by a SAS squad led by lieutenant John Price.
Aftermath[]
The prison escape was successful and marked the first cooperation between the SAS and Farah Karim, who would later become the commmander of the Urzikstan Liberation Force, a western-backed belligerent of the Urzik Insurgency.
