Tournament Mode is a gametype featured in Call of Duty: Mobile. It is only open to play on weekends, from 5:00 P.M. Pacific on Friday to 10:00 P.M. Pacific on Sunday, and runs for the same length as the current Ranked season.

Progression[]

Players can earn Crowns from Tournament matches in varying amounts depending on individual player performance. The higher one scores, the more crowns once get, up to a maximum of 15 per match.

Crowns are used for two purposes -

  • Progressing the Tournament pass, which provides access to Tournament Camouflages, Tournament crates, and crate coupons.
    • Paying a fee of COD Points will grant access to additional rewards, such as skins for Operator Skills, and more crates overall.
  • Progressing up the Leaderboard, unlocked each weekend after obtaining 100 crowns.
    • Players can play for an additional 100 matches to advance up the leaderboard, after which they will no longer earn crowns.
    • Depending on the player's position on the leaderboard, they may obtain exclusive rewards, such as Reward Wheel tickets for use in the Reward Wheel, ranging from 5 to 100 for top-ranking players.

Tournament is also the only method to obtain Tournament Camouflages, which are classified as Special Camos in the Gunsmith.

Gameplay[]

The Multiplayer Tournament mode cycles through various Multiplayer gamemodes. However, a Battle Royale mode featuring Alcatraz and Ground War: Skirmish is also available in addition to the current Multiplayer gamemode.

Playing Alcatraz will contribute to the player's Battle Royale rank.

Blitz was also available as a Battle Royale mode in Season 3 2024 but was later removed in Season 5 2024.

The Multiplayer segment cycles through the following:

Reward Wheel[]

Since Tournament Season 8, the original Leaderboard system was replaced by the Reward Wheel. Players can earn a maximum of 2 Reward Wheel Tickets from the Tournament pass, and up to 100 tickets if the player remains at the top of the leaderboard. Tickets can be used to draw from the wheel, and will be lost when a new weekend arrives.

The rewards from the reward wheel are as follows:

  • 300 COD Points (0,007% ; limited to 20 draws per server)
  • 10 COD Points (0,02% ; limited to 100 draws per server)
  • A Tournament Winner Crate
  • 10 Credits
  • 1 Weapon XP Card (500 XP)

Only a certain number of players can receive CoD Points from the wheel (as indicated by the number underneath each reward.) This limit resets every Wednesday.
