The Toxic Zombie is an enemy featured in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies map, Shattered Veil. Within the map, they appear as a replacement for the Max Ammo wave enemies and during its Main Quest while being absent from normal gameplay.

The Toxic Zombie has a nearly identical behavior to that of a regular Zombie, with some notable differences being that it will explode upon death and leave behind a toxic puddle, where in both cases it will damage any player that is in close proximity to it. It is generally recommended to have PhD Flopper equipped when facing a horde of Toxic Zombies, as it greatly reduces the amount of explosive damage taken if any of them are killed whilst near the player.
