Trench is a multiplayer map featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare designed exclusively for the Gunfight mode that was released as part of the Season Four update.
Overview[]
The map takes place at an undisclosed training grounds near the forest. There also appears to be a bunker entrance on the other side of the map. As the name of the map suggests, there are traversable trenches with some makeshift bridges and Care Packages scattered across the map that provide cover. Some of the debris and other objects such as sandbags and parts of a destroyed pipeline have been rearranged as cover. Far away from the map is a Ferris Wheel and a hotel of Grazna Raid. The map is confined with barbed wire, mud and a tank. The surroundings of the map appear to have been affected by smog and also by Barkov's gas.
Trivia[]
- Outside of the map to the south are three stationary goats wearing beanie hats, surrounding a stuffed elephant toy.
- Although its location is deemed to be classified, Trench is actually situated at the Pemoht Garage zone of Grazna Raid, although this version of Grazna Raid appears to have been destroyed more.
- Even if it takes place in Grazna Raid, some of the original locations of Grazna Raid appear to have been misplaced in Trench.
