Trick 'r Treat: Candy Hunt was an event featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 available between October 2nd and October 16th, 2024 during Season Six of Modern Warfare III.
Overview[]
During Candy Hunt, players were tasked with eliminating enemy Operators in Multiplayer or Warzone, or killing Zombies in the Zombies mode, which would drop pieces of candy. Once a player picks up a piece of candy, they would be able to unlock cosmetics through the set category. By having either the "Sam" or "Sam Unmasked" skins for Sam equipped, the players would receive bonus candy per match.

- During the event, Jack-o'-lanterns could be found in the Modern Warfare III Multiplayer maps and in Warzone. If one was destroyed by shooting, it would trigger a jumpscare of Sam.
