Dr.[2] Ulrich Vogel is a character featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies, introduced in the map Die Maschine. He is the director of the Projekt Endstation facility and was responsible for leading the project that led to the breach between the Dark Aether and the normal universe. He is both heard in the intel for Die Maschine, as well as appearing in the game during the Seal the Deal quest as a Spectral Reflection using the Aetherscope.
He is mentioned in intel within Firebase Z[3].
