Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will reportedly get a standalone release on June 20th and July 20th, for PS4 and XBOX One, respectively. The listing was spotted on GameFly.

Call of Duty: WWII now official - All Information released so Far
The upcoming rumours for a WWII game this year can now be confirmed as official, as the official site has been put up, which can be seen here. Quite a lot of information has been released so far on the website/Twitter.
The worldwide reveal livestream will be on the April 26th, at 18:00 BST/10:00 PDT /13:00 EDT/17:00 UTC.

Discord chat sever experiment
Hey everyone, in a bid to bring back alive our beloved chat community, I have created a Discord chat server for us. It is merely an experiment to see how many users will be interested and to see how many we can get in the server. It will also be an opportunity for you to test out the platform.

MW Trilogy possible for PS4 and Xbox One as listing spotted on Amazon UK and Japa
