Rezurrection Released on PS3 and PC plus a new zombie labs trailer

Rezurrection was released yesterday on Playstation 3 and PC. A new "Zombie Labs" trailer was unveiled to celebrate featuring a mixture of comical cinematic zombie tests with a selection of gameplay footage.
