Looks like a sort of "bullet cam" where the camera follows your bullet in slow motion as it hits an enemy's head. As well the compass that displays your objectives is being replaced by a more MW2 style text that is tagged on a teammate. Finally there is a bit of discussion about morality and decision-making that was included in WAW.
