how improve some weapons recoil

so i have been coming up with this theory that if you use silencers they can actually reduce recoil on weapons a little bit.

Why?

well because it slow down the rate of fire so the gun can now settle fast. this can be great to use on certain weapons like f2000 in MW2 or Uzi in Black ops. i have done some tests. thats also another reason i use ump45 silenced mainly it reduce it's recoil and i can use it at a longer range.
