Former Treyarch Community Manager Josh Olin, also known as JD 2020, paid his final fairwells to Treyarch on October 1st, 2011. Sending a tweet out to all his followers, he left on a high and stated he's moving on, telling everyone to continue following Treyarch the latest Call of Duty news.[1]

Although there were no mentions of the event, it is said he has resigned from the Call of Duty developer. At the moment it is unknown who has replaced Olin's position at the developer. Big shout out to Kratos2144 for finding this!
