Greetings, comrade! Edit

Reznov Their Land WaW

Welcome to the fight, my friend!

Welcome to the Call of Duty Wiki, my friend! The fight for our glorious Wiki is everywhere, and we hope a true editor like yourself will stick around to help finish those edits!

Our policies are something you should get familiar with, so you can have a good understanding of our rules. You will find very helpful information on what is and is not allowed in them.
Recent changes is another great first stop for beginners, because you can see what pages other people people are interested in, and which ones might need fixing.
The Sandbox is a great place to test things out if this is your first time editing wikis. It is advisable to know what is commonplace on the wiki, such as templates and categories, and how to use them.
Have more Questions? You can also ask at the Help desk, or post a message on my talk page! But remember, my friend, we are all in this fight together, so feel free to ask anyone you like - we are always watching each other's backs!
Need more help? Look no further than the Help Directory. You can find assistance with almost any topic on Wiki editing. You may also place {{helpme}}, followed by a question, on this page in order to get direct assistance from another user. You might also want to post on the Forums, as many good comrades will be found there, willing to help.

I look forward to having you here, my friend! It is always good to have another soldier on the front lines of editing! Because now it is our wiki...our users...and our pages!

deleting things from your talk page Edit

please do not delete any further things from your talk page as it is a direct violation of COD:DDD. The welcome template that you removed contains pertinent info including policies and rules. While it is permissible to delete that, any further deletions of your talk page is not allowed and is considered vandalism which is a block-able offense. Advising Posters to License Their Images Edit

Please PROPERLY license all future images that you upload to the wiki. Any image found not to posses a PROPER image license can/will be deleted. When uploading an image to the wiki, towards the bottom of the page there is an option to add a license. Click on the drop down menu. There on the menu in the lower section, you will see "fair use and with permission" options. For images that are game screenshots, use the first one . For non-game screen shots (pictures taken from the web etc. Use the second one. For images that you have made like Pimp My Gun images, use the license under the Public Domain. You add the license and the image at the same time you upload it to the wiki. For more help and details go here: http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Help:Image_copyright_tags . If you have any questions please contact me on my Talkpage and I'll be glad to help.Personal WHISKEY35 signature Talk 00:57, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

re: welcome Edit

You have already been welcomed by Cakemix and the count down timer is a coding that you can get by clicking edit and then copy paste it on to your own user/talk page. Personal WHISKEY35 signature Talk 03:39, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

Nah, Wikia owns this Edit

I'm just an administrator here. Smuff[citation provided] 16:15, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

Basically just use good grammar, try to use American English rather than British English if possible and to make a link simply use [[INSERT LINK HERE]]. That's all you really need to know, anything else you'll pick up as you go along. Smuff[citation provided] 16:29, April 20, 2011 (UTC)
And to place a template, you type {{Template name}}. Anyway, if you need any more help, feel free to ask Smuff, another administrator (such as myself), or ask at the help desk! -- sactage (talk) 16:35, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

Real question Edit

How old are you, because for me being in 7'th grade is 12. you can answer this if you like to. --Personal Cakemix Signature 23:35, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

Circumvention of Wikia Terms of UseEdit

You admitted you were 12, which means you lied when you signed up to join Wikia, because you need to be 13. You really should be blocked for that until you're 13, but I'll leave that decision in the hands of another admin. --Callofduty4 23:47, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

Uhhh, ok I'll change the block to 11 days in accordance with this; sorry about the block but a Wikia staff member was on IRC at the time and saw this so we had to do something. Smuff[citation provided] 12:30, April 21, 2011 (UTC)

Re:PSN Edit

I have exams starting tomorrow so I haven't check yet, no. Smuff[citation provided] 14:05, May 15, 2011 (UTC)

Wait a year and get about 5,000 more edits, about 2,500 of those should be in the mainspace. Smuff[citation provided] 14:13, May 15, 2011 (UTC)
Mainspace is all the articles on the wiki and I guess you could be an admin with time. To be honest being an admin just means you can delete things and then get yelled at by other users for doing so. Smuff[citation provided] 14:18, May 15, 2011 (UTC)

Thank you!! Edit

Thanks for uploading that new image of the VR-11 Looks great!

re: your last message to meEdit

Yeah, I think there is a new map pack coming (hopefully the last). There was another blog on it that someone made I think a week or two ago. It's here. And someone on that blog posted that they had downloaded a DLC codenamed "Retaliation" (also as you stated in your blog) instead of Annihilation. JerryWiffleWaffle :) 21:55, July 2, 2011 (UTC)
