Please provide a source when changing something like a playable characters name. I myself had a look at the Induction gameplay video on youtube (for the 3rd time) and it didn't state anywhere in the description that his name was "Jack Mitchell". Captain Emblem MW2 Capt. Exo Zombies names Edit

So...what is your source for the characters names...because i can't think of any source where the names were revealed . Personal LazarouDave image LazarouDave  08:26, March 22, 2015 (UTC)

When you do the easter egg, and you activate the scanners to get maximum clearance level for the characters, you can hear Angie/An-G say something like "Identity confirmed. Hello _______" (blank space is where the name is said). Only Lilith's and Decker's names were revealed. Kahn was just referred to as Mr. Kahn, while Oz had a "Identity unknown. Please try again" message. RdJokr (talk) 05:10, March 23, 2015 (UTC)

Infection Traps Edit

Hey, since you have been expanding the Infection article quite a lot, you must know your exo zombies. I was just wondering, is Insta-Gator the only trap on Infection? In the trailer for the map, there werer two others which appeared to be some sort of laser trap and an electric trap. Do you know the names to these? Capt. MillerTalk 10:28, April 3, 2015 (UTC)

I haven't actually played the map (I'm on PC), so I'm only adding what I know atm. Purely based on videos from MrDalekJD and LiamFTWinter. So sorry, can't help much here. All I could add in are some story dialogue stuff (as you can see, most of the stuff I added are transcripts for the opening and ending cutscenes). RdJokr (talk) 11:31, April 3, 2015 (UTC)

Image Naming Edit

when uploading an image, please put the game initials at the end of the file name, before the file extension (example: [File Name]_[Game Initials].[File Extension]). this has been done to the image you uploaded for you already, but please do this to the rest of yours in the future. thank you. A simple question needs to be answeredEdit

Hello, Just a question... How did you find the ending cut scene for Exo zombies Carrier? been looking all over youtube and its nowhere to be found. just a question ofcourse, but I`d like to see it for myself as its very important.

If yoù`d answer that would be very nice of you, anyways, have a great day! —Unsigned comment was added by MaggotFreakBagSucker

I found the file in the PC version of the game. You need to install RAD Video Tools to view it, but it's there. I could try to upload it, but it would take quite a while to convert it to a more common file type, since my CPU is not very strong for the task. RdJokr (talk) 05:17, June 3, 2015 (UTC)

Regarding Double FeatureEdit

Are you sure that Double Feature is available on every map? I've watched several videos and NGT's stream, but there isn't any information available.

Recon Unit-52 (talk) 05:27, August 6, 2015 (UTC)

According to MrDalekJD, it should be. He said that Double Feature on Outbreak even has an alternate easter egg ending, and he's going to cover that in the next few days. RdJokr (talk) 16:06, August 6, 2015 (UTC)

Just a question, where exactly did you find the 3D-printing HBRa3 in Induction? In this mission the weapon is only used by allies, and it is difficult/rare to obtain the weapon from them, and I don't recall seeing a 3D-printing variant among them. Kilo 141 Beta menu icon MW Ultimate94ninja talk · contribs 17:25, September 29, 2015 (UTC)

Sorry, my bad. Was about to remove that part. I was replaying the campaign, picked up an HBR, and saw the same 3D printer texture from the IMR on the side of it. Then I found out it was displaying the printer for the IMR which I was carrying. RdJokr (talk) 03:00, September 30, 2015 (UTC)

Italics Coding for Links Edit

when adding italics to something that is linked, if the whole link needs the italics, all you have to do is put the two apostraphes at the beginning and then the end of the linked phrase. you dont have to put it in the "text to display" section in the link unless only part of the link is suppose to be italic. putting the italics in "text to display" just adds unneeded coding, so if you could please start doing it this new way. thank you. Zombies Timelines Edit

The timeline in BO3 is not the same timeline as the original. Besides the fact that in the BO3 timeline the German (apparently) won the first World War, Richtofen and Dempsey are dead, the Giant Robots exist and the Griffen Base has been destroyed. The two timelines are so drastically different from one another that calling it the "Reformed Original" is completely inaccurate. Not to mention that the events in Origins have a direct effect on the events in The Giant, Der Eisendrache and Zetsubou No Shima, meaning it's not in a timeline separate from those maps. Conqueror of all Zombies (talk) 13:19, April 9, 2016 (UTC)

If we're gonna discuss this, then I can point out some details here:

A. There is no proof of the German winning WW1 in this timeline at all.

B. Dempsey referred to his other self as "Dempsey 1.0". One-point-oh, as in "the first", the ORIGINAL.

C. This is basic time-traveling stuff: you travel back in time, you change the order of events, which is why it's different. But by nature, it's still the original timeline, because of point B.

D. Calling it the "Origins timeline" is also inaccurate, because the maps as we are in now do not belong in the same universe/timeline as Origins. This isn't going to be the future of the Origins 4, if that's what you're thinking.

Overall, I still stand by my point that this is the Original timeline. Yes, the Origins 4 made some changes to it now, but that's how time-traveling works. Doesn't take away from the fact that they are going after their original selves. In fact, you still label their other selves as "original timeline Dempsey/Richtofen/etc...". How would that work if this isn't the original timeline? RdJokr (talk) 18:14, April 9, 2016 (UTC)

A: I'm not sure what it is, but I've had multiple other users make the same claim, with proof back to back it up. Just ask around.

C: It is basic time traveling stuff, but when the changes made by time traveling alter the future so drastically, it's seen as a new timeline (see: the Star Trek reboot, the Terminator franchise, the Mortal Kombat reboot).

D: Seeing as how the events of Origins directly effected the events in the maps after, it is in the same timeline. It's far more accurate than calling it a "reformed" version of the first one seeing as elements that were never in the first timeline (such as the Giant Robots, which were only present in Origins and provides a link between that map and later ones) are present, and how events in the first timeline are now completely impossible to transpire. There aren't "some" changes, there are many significant changes separating the two different timelines. Conqueror of all Zombies (talk) 18:45, April 9, 2016 (UTC)

D: One could argue that the robots have always been there, just never mentioned until now. Even so, we can't classify the new maps as part of the "Origins Timeline", because like I said, Origins is an entirely different dimension, while TG, DE and ZNS are in the same dimension as the original timeline.

But, if you really want to call it a "new timeline", then just give it a new name or something. Use something like DC and Marvel's Earth-1, Earth-2 designation. It would make it less confusing than "original timeline vs. Origins timeline".RdJokr (talk) 03:05, April 10, 2016 (UTC)

It's kind of hard to argue that something existed when you never see it and there's never any hints towards their existence. But we can classify the maps as part of the same timeline since the events of Origins have a direct effect on the events that transpire int TG, DE and ZNS. Although I do agree that better names for the timelines are needed as no matter what names you want to call them by, they're all really similar and pretty boring (although not like that part really matters).
