The Varix 3 is an attachment featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops III.
It is similar to the Hybrid Sight from previous games, but the zoom is altered in a similar fashion to Variable Zoom - extending to the associated controls, with zoom modes toggled by pressing the melee button while aiming. It can switch between 1x and 3x magnification. The view consists of multiple concentric blue circles centered around a central dot. Changing from the 1x to 3x will cause the edge of the scope to zoom in to the outermost ring.
