Victor H. Ramos is a character that appears in Call of Duty: Ghosts. He was a high-ranking officer in the Federation Science Division and was in charge of covert operations outside of No Man's Land, namely reverse engineering efforts to analyze the wreckage of the ODIN Space Station to build the LOKI Space Station in development.
Biography
Victor H. Ramos was born in Argentina on July 1st, 1979. Before the War Against the Federation, he had business dealings with China, North Korea, and Iran with his expertice in reverse engineering classified technology. His breakthroughs in kinetic energy through projectiles laid the groundwork for the U.S. to develop the O.D.I.N. Space Station to protect the United States' borders from the increasingly powerful Federation.
Federation Career
He was utilized and protected by the Federation during the War Against the Federation. He was a high-ranking officer in the Federation Science Division and was in charge of covert operations outside of No Man's Land, namely reverse engineering efforts to analyze the wreckage of the ODIN Space Station. He was a key effort in reverse engineering the ODIN Space Station to develop the LOKI Space Station and finish the war. He became a close friend who deals directly with Gabriel Rorke, and like him, he never stays in the same place more than 12 hours.
Interrogation / Death
He became a high-value target of the Ghosts during the search of Rorke. He was captured by David "Hesh" Walker, followed by his brother Logan and Keegan. He is presumed dead when the building is bombed (though he can alternatively be executed by Logan without any penalty).
