Commissar Viktor[1] Durasov is a Russian soldier in Call of Duty: Finest Hour. He is seen in the beginning of the first level, Not One Step Back, in the row boat carrying the player and other soldiers. He gives a speech to the soldiers, and even while the boat was being attacked by stukas, he still carried on with his speech.
Later in the level, Durasov is about to start a mass attack by yelling "Forward comrades! Defend your mothers! Send death to the German invader!" to his troops right when Sokolov and Puskov walked in. The soldiers then charged an MG42 nest, taking nearly 100% casualties while Sokolov and Puskov flanked the nest and killed the gunners. Durasov stayed back behind a brick wall during the attack.
