Private Wade was a U.S. Army Rangers who appeared in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Biography[edit | edit source]

He participated in the retaking of Washington, D.C.. He is seen with Sgt. Foley's squad defending their position after their Black Hawk was shot down at the Department of Justice.

He aids Cpl. Dunn in holding off the overwhelming amount of Russian Soldiers, upon Foley joining the firefight, Wade notices an awakening Ramirez and goes to hand him a M4A1 Grenadier w/ Holographic Sight, ironically telling him to stay down, even though he himself is clearly not in any cover whatsoever.

As he is about to rejoin the fight, a bullet hits him in the back of the head killing him instantly. His appearance is randomly generated.



Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • His appearance is randomly generated in the original version of the game, so he may look different in "Second Sun" than he did in the previous mission.
    • Whatever skin he has, McCord will have the same.
      • In the remastered version, Wade's appearance is always the same, while McCord's appearance varies
  • Wade's body will disappear when the player resumes playing as Ramirez after the EMP has occurred.
  • In the remastered version, after Wade gives Private Ramirez an M4A1, he dies in a scripted cutscene.
