The Wrench appears again as a melee weapon introduced with the 1.04 update along with the Butterfly Knife and the Brass Knuckles. It can only be acquired by supply drops; however, it can be used by bots and picked up after their death. It can also be acquired in Gorod Krovi by completing the time trial in which the player has to finish five rounds in under five minutes. The weapon can be picked up from the bulletin board inside the Operations Center. It deals around the same damage as the Bowie Knife and will kill zombies in one hit until round ten.
