The Yakuza are a multitude of crime syndicates primarily operating in Japan. Two unnamed syndicates appear as antagonists in Call of Duty: Black Ops III Comic and the comics for Call of Duty: Mobile. A third unnamed syndicate is mentioned within Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
Call of Duty: Mobile[]
The Yakuza appear briefly in the comics. They are affiliated with Five Knights member, Hidora Kai. They escort him into a pagoda and are later seen guarding it, fighting against UAC operators Alex Keller and John "Soap" MacTavish.
Kurohana Corporation's founder, Rin Yoshida was adopted and raised from the Yakuza, where she stayed together with them when they are in Niigata back then, while helping their fellow members, she became a weapon expert from the gang and was assigned to be the arms dealer years later until its company's founding.

In Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Warzone, Operator Kaori "Kitsune" Tanaka is the daughter of a powerful Yakuza crime boss, however due to her gender, she was also unable to join the Yakuza.
