Colonel Yuri V. Volkov (Russian: Юрий Волков) is a character featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.
Biography[]
Yuri secretly met with Kate Laswell on November 11th, 2023 at the Arklov Military Base in Verdansk. They discussed about the threat posed by Vladimir Makarov and the rise of extremists in both Russia and the West. Yuri also gave Laswell a USB drive containing FSB files about Roman Barkov's research on chemical weapons.
During the meeting, the base was struck by two balistic missiles launched from Urzikstan and armed with highly concentrated Sarin gas. Yuri left through an elevator while Laswell escaped to the roof before being exfiled by Nikolai.
