The Zursa is an enemy featured in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Zombies maps, Ashes of the Damned, Vandorn Farm and Dead Ops Arcade 4: Papaback in Black.
Overview[]
The Zursa is a zombified bear, that runs on all fours, dealing incredible damage to players, and features parasitic insects known as Zombees that can damage the player. The Zursa will be spawned in via a Dark Aether portal as early as round 17.
There are three nests of Zombees that are located on the Zursa, in which one swarm at a time will launch off to attack the player. The player can eliminate the swarm while they're flying, or knock them off the Zursa before they're launched. Once knocked off, the nest will rest on the ground creating a zone that will damage the player if they walk in it. The player can either wait 30 seconds for the Zombees to despawn or destroy the nest ahead of time.
in Ashes of the Damned, the Zursa can charge into the Ol' Tessie Wonder Vehicle, knocking it off course
